Zakir manages our international network of lawyers and consultants, who are located in the USA, Canada, Europe, Bahrain, Dubai and South Africa. Zakir Mir is a licensed lawyer in the United States.
He has passed the Bar Examination in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, as well as in Nova Scotia, Canada, and he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Drexel University, in Philadelphia, while also studying and earning credits in Canadian Law at the University of Ottawa. He has also received his Certificate of Qualification, from the National Committee of Accreditation, Federation of Law Societies Canada. In addition, he has studied Economics at McGill University, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
He has practiced in the US, GCC (Dubai and Bahrain) and Canada, while also working on European matters as Regional Counsel for a multinational.
Zakir currently splits his time between Canada and Bahrain/Dubai, in order to serve our international client base.

Andrea CATASTI is the co-founder of Tech Law Premium Solutions and founder of AC Legal, a specialist legal and tax consulting firm in Paris. He is an expert legal and tax consultant for Borderless Counsel.
