Access Trademark Pre-Filing and Filing Services

Step 2: Submit your payment to access our trademark filing services. Our general fee ranges from $175 to $300 per trademark application filing (excluding post-filing matters), with discounts available for lower-income clients. Additionally, the USPTO charges a minimum of $350 per class of goods or services per application.
After submitting the form, we will provide you with the applicable fee. You can then make your payment using the link that will be provided by email.
Alternatively, you can hire us through Upwork, where our service is guaranteed, and we only receive payment upon completion of your work.
